Chrome Showcase 2026

CHROME SHOWCASE ENTRANT APPLICATION

This isn’t your average car show - we’re looking for the best of the best! All spaces are application only, and spots are limited. 

Take your time and complete all relevant information as thoroughly as possible. A strong application with quality photos and clear descriptions can make the difference between being approved or declined.

Successful applicants will be contacted via email. There is no cost to display.

Important: No business signage, banners, or advertising is permitted within your allocated space. Sponsor stickers and sponsor acknowledgements on a signboard are fine.

If you have already submitted an application and are waiting on confirmation, please do not submit another entry. This will only push your application to the bottom of the list.

ELITE50

This is for the best of the best!
REQUIREMENTS: Modified Exterior, Interior and Engine Bay
Full Display/Stand

Wall sites only have 3 sides of the vehicle showing.

Size: 4x7m Approx.

SPEEDZONE

Open to Race Cars, Speedway, Karting, Time Attack, Drag Cars, Jet Boats etc.
Classic or modern machines. 

Size: Standard Vehicle Space.

SHOWCASE

If your vehicle doesn't meet ELITE standards, you can still SHOWCASE your ride.
Open to all vehicles.

Size: Standard Car Space.

CAR CLUBS

We want to see your clubs TOP 3 CARS. 
REQUIREMENTS: Full club theme/display
Each vehicle must enter separately

Size: 7.5x5m Approx.

MOTORCYCLES

Open to all types of bikes - classics or modern.

Size: 1.5x3m Approx.

TRADE

If your vehicle is going on a trade stand, please select this option.
Trade vehicles will still be judged.

OUTDOOR DISPLAY

If your vehicle has been arranged to be part of an outdoor display, select this option.

If you're entering as a Car Club, you cannot enter ELITE50, as ELITE50 vehicles are displayed in a separate, dedicated hall.

All vehicles in ELITE50, SHOWCASE, SPEEDZONE, CAR CLUBS, etc. will be judged using the same criteria and are eligible for the same awards!

The only difference for Car Clubs is the addition of Club Awards.

Power is available for ELITE and Club displays at a prepaid rate of $90. A payment link will be provided upon acceptance. If not arranged in advance, power can be organised directly with the venue electrician during setup, subject to availability and an additional late fee.

Your preferred setup time helps us manage setup traffic and determine roughly where to allocate you in the halls if your application is successful. Not all sites are pre-allocated.

Unveiling requests are subject to approval and event scheduling. Selecting yes does not guarantee an unveiling slot. Must be a brand new build or major rebuild being shown publicly for the first time.

Vehicles selected for Chrome Showcase 2025 may not be eligible for 2026 unless significant, noticeable changes or upgrades have been made.
Exceptions may apply for vehicles displayed as part of trade sites or by invitation.
