SUPERLAP 2025 ENTRY DETAILS

All entries include H&S Levy, MSNZ Levy, and entry fee into the select round for 1 driver and 1 vehicle in 1 class.

Not included: Transponders (available to hire for $40 per day or $75 per weekend).

SUPERLAP MEMBERSHIP:

In order to compete, you will be required to be a Superlap Member. There's a bunch of membership perks, including:

  • Windscreen Banner
  • Superlap Entrant Tee
  • Access to the Haltech Street Superstars rankings - here you can log a street time for ANY track around NZ and be on our leaderboard.
  • Exclusive promo code discounts to any Premier Events run events (such as Chrome, Roll Racing, GTR Festival etc)

Please note, this is separate to your MSNZ affiliated car club.

HALTECH STREET SUPERSTARS

Unable to make a Superlap round but want to get on the Street leadership board? Want to submit a time on a track we don't race at (E.g. Ruapuna, Levels etc)? The Haltech Street Superstars is for you!

You are required to be a Superlap Member to submit times. 

In order to submit a time, you must include a screenshot of that time from a respectable lap timer app or official event time slip. We also require photos of the following:

  • Outside photo of the car
  • Interior photo of the car
  • Photo of WOF sticker
  • Photo of Rego slip

DUAL ENTRY CLASSES

You are allowed to enter your main class plus dual entry into Unlimited - great if you want to test out your vehicle's ability and make changes that do not fit into your main class.

You must contact the series co-ordinators when you are changing classes BEFORE the session, and you can only change class once per day (you can't change back and forward every session).

There is no additional track time if you dual enter classes, however you will be up for trophies and prizes from both classes.

REFUNDS:

Due to us having to pre-purchase grid spaces, there are NO REFUNDS ON YOUR ENTRY! We understand things happen, plans change or vehicles break. If that's the case, we have a few options available:

  • VEHICLE SWAP - you are able to bring a new vehicle if your original vehicle can't make a round. As long as the new vehicle passes the required MSNZ rules and requirements.
  • DRIVER SWAP - If you can't make the round, someone else is welcome to drive your vehicle for you.
  • ONSELL/GIFT YOUR ENTRY - If you can't make a round, the spot is still yours! You are able to onsell, or gift your entry to someone else. Again, the new person will need to pass the required MSNZ rules and requirements.

FOR ANY CHANGES, THERE IS A $50 ADMIN FEE, PAYABLE VIA CASH OR BANK TRANSFER.

There are no refunds for:

  • No shows to the event - if you do not turn up to registration, or miss registration hours then your entry is forfeit.
  • Issues beyond Superlap control (such as less track time due to morning fog, oil downs, recoveries etc).
  • If your vehicle breaks during the day of the event. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is up to the task. 
  • If your vehicle does not pass our Scrutineering - it is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is up to scratch.
  • If you do not bring the correct safety gear or paperwork.
  • Sessions are cut short due to lack of numbers.
  • Sessions are cut short due to time constraints.

GRID SPACE:

In order to be able to run at Superlap, we have a minimum and maximum grid space allowance. We need a minimum of 10 entries and maximum of 12 entries to run one grid. In order to run 2 groups, we need a minimum of 15 entrants. If we do not hit 15 entrants, entries may be cancelled and refunded.
